The Learn EEO website provides complimentary Meditation Representative referrals that can assist in the Complainants’ EEO process by reducing the stress and anxiety of representation throughout the EEO process. The Meditation Representative can represent the Complainant at any point in the EEO process. The Meditation Representative referral is a free referral service; however, if the Complainant elects to utilize the Mediator Representative, there may be a fee for that service after discussions with the Representative
